Unless otherwise indicated, all shows begin at 9:00 a.m., with check-in beginning at 8:00 a.m.

Please read the APRI Show Rules below:
I
understand it is my responsibility to verify with APRI that my
application has been received. If the application has not been
received by APRI by the deadline, I understand I may not be permitted
to show even if I sent the application, nor will any entry fees be
refunded after the deadline for entries. I will not hold APRI or
the sponsoring club responsible for failure of postal service, fax, or
email to deliver applications on time.
Dog show entries are $15 each for each show, beginning with the 2009 show year.
Ø I am in good standing with America's Pet Registry, Inc., and all information submitted is true and accurate.
Ø I
agree to provide a current (within 30 days) health certificate and
proof of rabies vaccination when checking in for a show. I
understand that I will not be allowed to show if this certification is
not present at check-in.
Ø By
applying to exhibit at the America's Pet Registry, Inc. sanctioned dog
show, I agree to abide by the published rules for exhibitors and for
show entries.
Ø I
agree to abide by the applicable APRI Pet owner, breeder, and exhibitor
Codes of Ethics (the Codes of Ethics are published on the APRI web site
and are available from the APRI office).
Ø I
agree to hold America's Pet Registry, Inc. and the sponsoring club,
their officers, employees, agents, judges, and volunteers blameless and
free from all liability for any and all events whatsoever that may
occur in connection with this APRI sanctioned dog show.
Ø I
understand that no scores will be recorded until a DNA specimen has
been taken at the show and the microchip scanned and recorded. I further understand that my dog(s) will be micro-chipped before the show I am entering. I agree to supply APRI with the correct chip number with my application for show registration.
Ø By
exhibiting my dog(s) in an APRI sanctioned show, I grant permission to
APRI or the sponsoring club to publish photos of me and/or my
exhibitor(s) and my dog(s) and to use the photos for purposes of
promotion.

Hotel
arrangements have been made with Baymont Inn and Suites at Fort
Smith. (479) 484-5770. Ask for the APRI Dog Show
Rate. Baymont Inn has recently dropped that rate to $55.00, with
no deposit for your show dogs. The show is on!! Physical
address for the hotel is Baymont Inn & Suites at 2123 Burnham Road,
Fort Smith, AR. From
the North, travel South on I540 to the Rogers Ave Exit 8A. Turn right
off the exit onto Rogers Avenue, then right on Burnham Road. The
hotel can be seen from the Interstate. From the South, travel
North on HWY 71 to the I 540 ramp just before getting into Fort Smith
proper. Take Exit 8 (Rogers Avenue) Turn left on Rogers
Avenue, then right on Burnham Road. The show site is Kay Rodgers Park at 4400 Midland
Blvd. The hotel is at the Rogers exit off I 540 in Fort
Smith. The show site is at the Kelley Highway exit, which is
north on 540 from the hotel. Follow the Arkansas Oklahoma State
Fairgrounds signs to gate #1, the main entry gate. There will be
a sign for exhibitors to go directly into the staging area where you
will check in. We look forward to seeing everyone. Check in for the show will be from 8:45 am to 9:45 am on the morning of
the show. Check in procedures will be the same as at a regular
show. Health records and/or proof of all vaccinations including rabies will be needed for check in.
